Excellerate Companies UK Acquires GSA

Excellerate Companies UK has acquired Glasgow-based GSA.

GSA presents skilled cleansing & assist providers to a few of the UK’s most prestigious shoppers in retail, distribution centres, and roadside providers.

This acquisition will improve Excellerate Companies UK’s (ESUK) nationwide footprint, complementing the 2021 acquisition of CCM Amenities Ltd. Excellerate Group has additional progress plans within the UK, with extra acquisitions rumoured to be within the pipeline.

ESUK delivers cleansing and safety providers throughout the UK and Eire and is a part of the broader Excellerate Group who has operations throughout Africa and the UAE.
