We all want to keep our kids healthy and active but sometimes it can become too much work for us. So, why don’t we just keep all the facts that children need to know? This way, we can help them to stay active and healthy without worrying about their diet and the kind of exercises that they should do.

1. Children have the ability to learn how to walk
The first baby who learned to walk is believed to be born in the year of 1887. There are some people who think that babies could learn how to walk as soon as they are born. They usually stand on their own when the parents hold them tightly, but babies have the ability to learn it on their own and it takes about three to four years. So, by the age of three, your child can walk.
2. Eating healthy food is a must
Children need a balanced and nutritious diet, but they tend to eat what they like. A lot of unhealthy foods, junk food, fast food and sweets will ruin their health and it will also harm their bones. Eating healthy food helps our bodies to work well and we can focus on the important things in our life.
3. Kids can play sports
As I have mentioned, a lot of parents think that children should only be involved in outdoor activities. They should be focused only on academics and not be involved in indoor activities. But we are living in the 21st century, and this is not possible. Children need to play and they should be taught the basics of sports. When children are engaged in activities like football, cricket, basketball, etc., they gain confidence and learn new things.
4. Kids love to have fun
I don’t know about you, but I love to watch funny videos and cartoons. I believe that these videos will keep our kids busy for hours and teach them lessons. Some of the funniest cartoons that you can find on YouTube are the Pingu series, Spongebob Squarepants and the Boondocks. These cartoons teach our kids a lot of lessons and they make our lives a lot easier.
These are all healthy facts that every child needs to know. Children don’t need a lot of advice, but it is better if they get to know the basic facts. So, let’s keep our kids healthy and energetic.
